Even though the interiors and the exterior façade were changed to some extent during the 1970s, this building is part of the World Heritage site of Visby and regulations still apply.

Owners in this building had issues with heat and hot water distribution. They hoped that the LEAF project would help them to identify appropriate technical solutions that were sympathetic to their building’s cultural heritage.
