The building is not listed per se, but is part of the World Heritage site of Visby. Strict regulations apply.

Owners were motivated to become involved in the LEAF project in order to save energy, reduce their environmental footprint and improve comfort in their building. A number of the owners in this case study block reported finding their properties very cold in winter months.
