Since 2013 the LEAF consortium has been supporting a number of multi-occupancy buildings through the retrofit process. These case study buildings are spread across the seven partner countries and are of various ages, constructions, protected status and ownership and management structures. As a result they have experienced a variety of challenges in their journey through to energy efficiency retrofit. The lessons taken from these buildings have influenced the content of the technical and engagement toolkits which are designed to help multi-occupancy buildings overcome barriers to retrofit.
You can read about each of the buildings on the case study page. The building profiles have been recently updated to outline the technical and engagement challenges and successes experienced. They also describe the stage in the retrofit process that each of the buildings has reached.
A more detailed report featuring the outcomes of the case studies will be available on the LEAF website at the beginning of autumn 2015.
